Main Review:

GreySnowPoker, established in 2017,  is the first (and only at the time of this review) online gaming site started by a Native American tribe in the USA.  The Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma decided they wanted to capitalize on their ability to offer gambling service legally but the caveat is they can’t offer online gaming to players in the USA. They are licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission and strive to offer a fun and safe betting environment for their players.

GreySnow Poker’s goal is to not just be another online gaming site but to stand out by “giving you poker how it should be played; simplified and stripped back” as stated on their site. Yes they are small but are growing and seem to be attracting more recreational players than true grinder which is by their design. They don’t allow poker tools such as Poker Tracker of PokerOffice or other HUDs to be used by their players, which is very welcome for the average recreational play.

GreySnowPoker - Game Types:

The games offers on GreySnowPoker are all you usual suspects. In the game lobby you will find a wide range of cash games, limits, Play and Real Money, SitNGo’s, the popular 6+ Holdem and tournaments.  The table stakes range from micro stakes €0.02/$0.05 up to €5/€10 with the majority of the action at the lower end as one would expect from a smaller poker room.

GreySnowPoker’s cash games include Texas Holdem, Omaha, and relatively new game call Short Deck Holdem or 6+ Holdem where all the duces to fives are removed from the deck making the total deck 36 cards. This of course serves to promote more frequent ‘big hands’ in the game.

The site is growing at a steady rate since it’s inception and in late 2019 averaged around 500 players at peak times according to
